Budokon Yoga is not just a form of exercise. It is not merely yoga, nor simply a martial art.

Once we begin to awaken to one part of our life, we then begin to awaken to all of life.

Budokon teaches us to begin cultivating awareness on our yoga mat. As we begin to look at the way we move on the mat, we start to see the same patterns in how we move through life.
