1 Cup Homemade Almond Milk
2 Cups spinach
1/4 cup Hemp Protein Powder
1 Organic Banana
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Maca powder
1 tsp Guarana powder
Serves 1 (12oz)

1 cup Almond (soaked in water overnight)
3 Cups Water
Blend all together until white and milky like.
Drain through a nut milk bag to remove any almond residues.
